Bruschetta with tomatoes and cheese - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients:
  • 300 grams of bread
  • 200 grams of tomatoes 
  • 30 grams of olive oil
  • 50 - 100 grams of grated mozzarella
  • parsley
  • garlic
  • pepper
  • salt
  • basil


Mix the chopped tomatoes with the salt, the pepper, the chopped parsley, the basil, a few tea spoons of olive oil and the chopped garlic.



Add the mixture over the toast bread and on top add the cheese. Put it in the oven for 1 minute, to melt the cheese.
