Orange cupcakes - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients:
  • 250 gram of wheat flour
  • 120 milliliters of milk
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 60 milliliters of orange juice
  • 70 milliliters of yogurt
  • 70 milliliters of sunflower oil
  • 14 grams of baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • zest from the orange


Mix all the liquid ingredients (the milk, the sunflower oil, the yogurt,the orange juice and the egg).


Mix all the solid ingredients.


Mix the solid ingredients with the liquid ones.


Add the zest from the orange and mix.


Put them in the preheated oven at 180 Celsius degrees for 20 - 25 minutes or until brown.
